A high-end villa conceived for short stays, where arrivals are constant and the sea is always present. Materials were selected for coastal exposure and for the wear that frequent turnover brings.

Sierra Nevada, Spain

Renovation and expansion of the high-end suites and common areas of a five-star mountain hotel. Interior design and FF&E, developed in accordance with the operator’s standards.

Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City
Delivered
Lobby and common areas for a forty-suite building near the Ángel de la Independencia. Onoa developed the design; Katium carried out the fabrication, supply and installation.

East Cape, Baja California Sur

A complete redesign of the amenities for Acciona, comprising the pools, the beach club and the surrounding common areas. Commissioned in August 2026 and currently in concept.

Interiors for residences held in shared ownership, where every specification must serve several households equally and remain unaffected by the change of guests.
